Under pressure from rising raw material costs, up to <strong data-start=\"3614\" data-end=\"3623\">49.2%<\/strong> of F&B businesses plan to increase prices in <strong data-start=\"3669\" data-end=\"3677\">2025<\/strong> to offset cost pressures.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3705\" data-end=\"4404\">Based on research involving nearly <strong data-start=\"3740\" data-end=\"3756\">4,500 diners<\/strong>, the Report indicates that consumer spending has not declined but is increasingly focused on <strong data-start=\"3850\" data-end=\"3889\">better quality at reasonable prices<\/strong>. Dining out on weekends has become particularly popular, with occasional and frequent diners accounting for nearly <strong data-start=\"4005\" data-end=\"4012\">70%<\/strong>. Unlike the post-pandemic trends of previous years, <strong data-start=\"4065\" data-end=\"4074\">52.3%<\/strong> of Vietnamese consumers now prioritize spending <strong data-start=\"4123\" data-end=\"4156\">under VND 35,000 per beverage<\/strong>, reflecting a more budget-conscious mindset. However, out-of-home beverage consumption increased significantly compared to 2023, with the proportion of frequent consumers (3\u20134 times per week) rising sharply from <strong data-start=\"4369\" data-end=\"4403\">17.4% in 2023 to 32.8% in 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4406\" data-end=\"4409\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4411\" data-end=\"4462\"><strong data-start=\"4414\" data-end=\"4462\">New Culinary Trends Gaining Traction in 2024<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4464\" data-end=\"4700\">After a vibrant year of explosive culinary trends in 2023, Vietnam\u2019s F&B market in 2024 showed clear signs of slowdown. <strong data-start=\"4584\" data-end=\"4593\">52.8%<\/strong> of businesses admitted they did not follow any food trends, reflecting a more cautious investment mindset.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4702\" data-end=\"5196\">Nevertheless, several notable trends emerged. <strong data-start=\"4748\" data-end=\"4774\">Matcha-based beverages<\/strong> took the lead, with <strong data-start=\"4795\" data-end=\"4804\">29.6%<\/strong> of businesses adopting them, making Matcha the most prominent new trend in Vietnam\u2019s F&B sector. Meanwhile, <strong data-start=\"4913\" data-end=\"4936\">strong-flavored tea<\/strong>, a major trend in 2023, showed signs of saturation, with adoption declining to <strong data-start=\"5016\" data-end=\"5025\">21.4%<\/strong>.
