Truc currently holds the role of Deputy General Director in charge of business at iPOS.vn, and directly oversees business activities in the Central and Southern regions.  Prior to joining iPOS.vn, he held various senior leadership positions in international enterprises and gained extensive experience in management and market development across various spheres.

With over 23 years of experience in business development, has played a key role in the firm’s growth strategy, especially during its acceleration period from 2018 to now.  Under his leadership, iPOS.vn has rapidly increased its market share in key markets, while strengthening its brand position in the F&B technology sector in Vietnam.

Long is one of three founders of iPOS.vn and currently serves as Deputy General Director, overseeing finance and human resources activities of the organization.

He graduated with a major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Finance – Accounting which is now the Academy of Finance, and processes over 25 years of professional experience in various spheres such as finance, accounting, technology and informatics.

Thanks to his system-oriented management mindset and strong financial planning capabilities, he has been playing a pivotal role in building a sustainable operating platform, delivering financial efficiency and developing human resources, which are all key factors driving the long-term growth of the iPOS.vn.

As one of the three founders of iPOS.vn, Vinh currently holds the role of Deputy General Director in charge of technology and acts as the chief engineer overseeing the entire product portfolio of the company.

With over 15 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, he has gained an exceptionally deep understanding of software solutions for business operations and management in the F&B industry. His system-oriented mindset and precision in every technical detail have been fundamental to iPOS.vn’s capacity to develop highly stable and customizable products to suit unique characteristics of diverse F&B models in Vietnam.

Toan holds a master’s degree in information technology and has over 18 years of experience in system administration. He joined iPOS.vn in 2017 and has been a key member of the team since then.

 Graduating as an engineer from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Tuan has been one of the first members of the iPOS.vn since 2010. Before taking charge of the Customer Service department, he spent many years managing the technical department at iPOS.vn.

Since 2020, he has served as the Director of Customer Service, driving significant changes and customer service quality improvement.

Duong is currently the Marketing Director of iPOS.vn with a strong academic background as he holds a master’s degree in international business from Kingston University (UK) and is an alumnus of International Trade at Hanoi Foreign Trade University. Before joining iPOS.vn in 2016, he spent three years working in the F&B sector in the UK – where he gained valuable hands-on experience in the international food service market.

With nearly 15 years of experience in sales and marketing along with in-depth insights into the F&B industry, he has been playing a leading role in brand positioning, formulating communication strategies and driving the sustainable growth of iPOS.vn on its journey to become a leading technology enterprise in the F&B sector in Vietnam.

With over 13 years of experience in Information Technology, Giang has held many important roles at Viettel as well as participated in the development of large-scale software projects in Vietnam. Many of applications that he directly developed have gained high rankings on the App Store and Google Play platforms, including personal apps and those for enterprises.

Possessing a sharp business mindset, he has always focused on developing high-performance products, delivering optimal user experience while ensuring flexible scalability in the technology ecosystem.

Since joining iPOS.vn in 2015, he has served as the chief architect behind the launch of iPOS FABi – a product marking an important transformation of iPOS.vn, empowering the company to take the lead in transforming its business model from selling traditional software to providing SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.

 Dat holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology and has over 15 years of experience in software system development.

Since he joined iPOS.vn in 22015, he has been a key contributor to the design and development of technology platforms for the F&B industry. He has also served as chief engineer responsible for the development and operation of iPOS.vn's internal systems. Thanks to his strong system-based thinking and rich experience, he has played a crucial role in optimizing the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring its stability and scalability across iPOS.vn’s entire product ecosystem.

Trung joined the iPOS.vn in 2012 and is one of the pioneering members who has helped establish and expand the company’s business and market in Vietnam.

Holding a degree in Network Systems Engineering, Truc has over 15 years of experience in digital transformation and financial technology (Fintech). He possesses in-depth insights into the market and user behavior in the Central and Central Highlands regions – where he has spent many years working and building his career.

Since joining iPOS.vn in 2020, Truc has played a key role in building and expanding the branch network, developing satellite teams across most provinces and cities in the Central region. As a result, iPOS.vn has rapidly become a highly recognized and widely trusted technology brand in the F&B community in the region.

Thanh holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from PACE Institute of Management, with over 14 years of experience in business management. Joining iPOS.vn in 2011, he is one of the pioneering members who has laid the foundation for the development of the company’s business network in the Southern region. Thanks to his deep market understanding and strong organizational capabilities, he has made an important contribution to expanding the company’s brand coverage and establishing iPOS.vn as a prestigious technology partner of numerous restaurants, cafes and F&B chains in the South.

Tam graduated as an engineer from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. He joined iPOS.vn in 2013 as one of the pioneering members who explored and developed the southern market of iPOS.vn - one of the key markets of the company now. Within a short period of time, he was appointed to lead the technical department where he has developed technical service processes and built a sustainable team.

Lan Phuong majored in Accounting at Hanoi National Economics University and holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Hanoi Open University.

Joining iPOS.vn in 2014, she has been a key member in developing and refining accounting and management solutions talored for the F&B industry. Notable products featuring her direct contributions include iPOS Accounting (specialized accounting software), iPOS Inventory (a warehouse management system), and the accounting support toolkit ‘VO Accounting Notebook’.

With over 20 years of experience in the field of technology for accounting - finance - corporate governance, she has consistently played a leading role in ensuring professional accuracy and practical applicability across all products that iPOS.vn develops.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in finance - accounting from the Academy of Finance, Phuong has over 14 years of experience in finance, accounting and internal operations. She joined iPOS.vn in 2011.
