Press Release: iPOS.vn Launches a Sales Management Application for F&B Micro and Small Businesses in Vietnam
Hanoi, December 8, 2025 — iPOS.vn officially announces the launch of FABiBox, a streamlined and flexible sales management application compatible with multiple devices including personal smartphones, tablets, and specialized POS terminals. The product was developed based on behavioral research from more than 10,000 F&B businesses, with the goal of helping micro and small F&B operators comply with new tax and e-invoicing regulations while optimizing daily operations amid the industry’s rapid digital transformation.

FABiBox was developed in a short timeframe to meet the urgent needs of Vietnam’s F&B micro-businesses for a simplified, cost-effective sales management application that fully complies with new tax regulations on invoice issuance. The software focuses on core sales management and data administration capabilities, allowing business owners to perform essential tasks using one compact and convenient technology solution.
This philosophy reflects the mission that iPOS.vn has pursued for many years: to make Vietnam’s F&B industry better every day. Recognizing that micro-businesses lack standard-compliant e-invoicing tools, as well as solutions for revenue control and operational oversight, the iPOS.vn engineering team developed FABiBox over a period of five months. The goal was to cover the essential features needed by small foodservice establishments. The feature set was shaped by research on the usage behaviors of nearly 10,000 small and medium-sized F&B businesses nationwide, ensuring practicality, simplicity, and suitability.
FABiBox fully complies with Vietnamese tax and e-invoice regulations for household businesses. The application was finalized and released at the peak of the national “60-day transition from Lump-Sum Taxpayers to Declarative Taxpayers” campaign. Its basic version is provided free for lifetime use, while advanced features are available to support granular user permissions, in-depth reporting and analytics for F&B models, and additional operational tools.
The launch of FABiBox marks an important milestone in iPOS.vn’s strategy to mainstream modern management technologies and ensure full legal compliance for all F&B micro-businesses in Vietnam.
Mr. Vũ Thanh Hùng, CEO of iPOS.vn, shared:
“With our mission to accompany the F&B industry, FABiBox was created to help small business owners adopt technology in the simplest, leanest way while still ensuring full legal compliance and operational efficiency. This is a reaffirmation of our commitment over the past 15+ years: to make Vietnam’s F&B industry better, step by step.”
Prior to its official release, FABiBox was trialed by more than 2,000 small F&B businesses, including those using dedicated POS terminals. FABiBox is now available on both the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) and Google Play (for Android devices), allowing shop owners to integrate seamlessly with their personal smartphones without the need for additional POS hardware. FABiBox is also compatible with Vietnam’s broader F&B management ecosystem, enabling micro-businesses to professionalize their operations through integrations such as: iPOS HRM (Human Resource Management), iPOS Inventory, and connections to third-party food delivery platforms like ShopeeFood, GrabFood, MoMo, and more. The application will continue to be refined to better accommodate the operational characteristics of F&B businesses in Vietnam.
